Return & Refund Policy

Shine India Foundation is a non-profit charitable trust. All contributions and donations made to the organization are voluntary and are used to support our social welfare initiatives.

1. No Return Policy

As we do not sell physical products, there is no return policy applicable for any transactions made on our website.

2. Donation Refund Policy

Donations once made are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error
• If an incorrect amount is debited unintentionally
• If there is a proven issue with the payment gateway

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

• Full Name
• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Date of Transaction
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Discretion

Shine India Foundation reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and verification.
